Through yoga, breathwork, and holistic guidance, I support individuals in cultivating awareness, resilience, and self-connection. My work is rooted in lived experience, presence, and the understanding that alignment unfolds when we create space to listen, soften, and trust ourselves again.

Manisha is an experienced E-RYT 300 yoga teacher, holistic life coach, and the founder of Inner Kaur Yoga. Her work is rooted in guiding students through a transformative exploration of movement, breath, and self-inquiry.

She completed her yoga teacher training in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, at Doron Yoga & Zen Center, where she immersed herself in the classical traditions of Ashtanga yoga and Buddhist philosophy. This foundation shaped her deep respect for discipline, mindfulness, and the subtle layers of the practice—principles that continue to inform how she teaches today.

With a passion for mobility, breathwork, and restorative practices, Manisha creates intentional spaces for students to reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom. Whether through private sessions, group classes, or immersive retreats, her offerings invite both strength and softness, effort and ease.

She is the visionary behind Inner Kaur Yoga Retreats, thoughtfully curating experiences that weave together yoga, meditation, self-empowerment, and time in nature. Committed to lifelong learning, Manisha continues to study under experienced mentors, integrating both traditional and modern approaches into her teaching.

Through her work, she encourages students to cultivate balance, resilience, and unity—on and off the mat.

COACHING

Manisha is also a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach, supporting individuals in cultivating a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by her own personal transformation, she pursued her certification in January 2023, expanding her role as a wellness guide and healer.

Her coaching approach extends beyond physical health, offering personalized support that addresses mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through a holistic lens, she helps clients develop self-awareness, clarity, and sustainable practices that align with their authentic selves.

Whether working one-on-one, facilitating group workshops, or guiding immersive retreats, Manisha creates a safe and supportive space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
